The city of Grinnell boasts 11 beautiful public parks, a disc golf course, skate/BMX park with playground equipment and a recreation trail that runs to Rock Creek State Park. Two gorgeous lakes in town provide fishing opportunities, and an 18-hole public golf course and 9-hole country club course delight golfers.

The Grinnell Mutual Aquatic Center amps up the fun with two thrilling water slides, zero-depth entry pool and lazy river!

Ahrens/Paschall Memorial Park offers baseball and softball fields, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, soccer fields, basketball courts, a sledding hill, indoor basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, a driving range, walking path, shelter houses and lots of playground equipment. Grinnell Parks and Recreation offers extensive year-round programming for youth and adults alike!
